  • (1) in-person planning meeting

  • Access as needed leading up to Day Of via email/phone

  • Week of event introduction to & communication with vendors


  • 50% upon contract signing

  • 50% by Wednesday prior to event

  • Cash/Check/Venmo/Paypal

Services Sampling

  • Set up event décor

  • Run errands for last-minute supplies and needs of host

  • Prepare space and presentation for food/catering (home events)

  • Accept Day-Of deliveries and manage any vendors that remain on-site

  • Greet and direct guests; accept coats and personal items (home events)

  • Accept and organize gifts

  • Facilitate event activities

  • Assist with replenishment of food/drink or work with caterer to ensure presentation is always plenty

  • Support back of house in venue; organize and clean up behind the scenes in a home

  • Distribute vendor tips if necessary

  • Pack all items used at event and organize all host personal items for easy exit
