Parties & Events

The key to a really good party is that the host is relaxed and having fun.

Party Assistance

This option is intended for the host who just needs an extra set of hands to run errands and/or setup décor leading up to the start of the party so he/she can get ready and focus on other things.  Examples of tasks the Coordinator can take care of so the host can arrive to a fully prepared party include: picking up the cake and balloons, arriving to the party space a few hours prior to the party to setup décor, assembling centerpieces and other similar tasks.

Party Coordination

This option is intended for the party that has more moving parts than just setup.  The Coordinator manages the timing and logistics of loading in, décor set up, and vendors including catering, music, photo. The Coordinator can remain through some or all of the party to coordinate moving parts so the host can relax and enjoy.  Examples of tasks the Coordinator can take care of so the host doesn’t have to think about logistics and can fully enjoy their event include: picking up items for the party (food, décor, etc.), setting up décor and centerpieces, managing the overall timeline to ensure vendors arrive on time and load-in is complete, being the main point of contact for questions and instruction, greeting guests and managing the overall flow of the event, packing up items at the end of the party and managing load-out.
