Partial Day - 8 Hours: $2200.00
Mid Day - 10 Hours: $2750.00
Full Day - 12 Hours: $3600.00

  • (8/10/12) hours of Coordination on the Day Of

  • (1) Deep Dive Planning Call

  • (1) Final Meeting Call

  • Access as needed leading up to wedding via email/phone

  • Communication with vendors during weeks leading up to wedding

  • Day Of Supplies & Steamer

Payment

  • 50% upon contract signing

  • 50% by Wednesday prior to Day Of

  • Electronic Payment via Square (no fees) or check

Wedding Day Of Coordination

Services Sampling

  • Introductions & confirmations week of to wedding

  • Maintain all vendor paperwork/contracts; have copies on-site

  • Ensure all vendors are aware of timeline and on the same page

  • Organize & distribute tips/final payments

  • Set up food & keep champagne flowing!

  • Ensure hair & makeup are situated/equipped

  • Accept day-of deliveries & ensure all items are packed for various destinations

  • Stock transportation with drinks/snacks/supplies

  • Deliver all last-minute décor to ceremony & reception venues

  • Manage all transportation shuttles of guests

  • Ensure all people are in the correct locations for transport/photos

  • Manage vendors & be main point of contact

  • Handle Wedding Attendant duties such as bustling dress and touch ups

  • Ensure all reception accessories are correctly placed then packed at the end

  • Supply Wedding Party kit with all toiletries & items that may be needed
